Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with union members and referrals via phone, video chat, and email.
- Recommend permanent insurance plans that fit clients' personal needs.
- Distribute policy proceeds after a claim is submitted and approved.
- Complete administrative tasks including maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
- Describe the advantages and disadvantages of different policy options.
- Respond to clients’ insurance-related questions and issues.
Requirements:
- Willingness to attain Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario License.
- Interest in insurance, marketing, sales, or commerce.
- Insurance experience is an asset but not necessary, we will provide training.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
