QA Consultants is looking for a Technical Content Writer to join the marketing team. This is a salaried full-time position located in North York, Ontario

Job Description:

• Proofread RFPs, and various content for consistency and accuracy
• Write press releases, new business announcements, and event emails
• Write SEO specific blog posts with an emphasis on technology, software, and tools
• Write corresponding social media posts to amplify blogs
• Partner with technical SMEs to write scripts for corporate videos
• Coordinate with a graphic designer for promotional and sales documents
• Manage multiple projects and complete tasks within the deadline
• Interview SMEs to translate complex ideas into clear, concise messaging
• Help organize trade shows/corporate events

Required Qualifications:

• Experience as a copywriter/technical writer
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Exceptional skill with the nuances of Social Media writing, including the use of hashtags
• Proven time management and organizational skills
• Appreciate and use the Oxford Comma
• IT knowledge or related background

Nice to have:

• Experience with Adobe Cloud including but not limited to Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects
• Experience with SEM Rush

Must be able to work in Toronto, Canada without a Visa
