A-1 Credit Recovery is a leading provider of business process outsourcing services including accounts receivable management, customer relationship management and other services. Our Toronto, Ontario location is currently searching for full time Collection Representatives.


Principle Responsibilities:

 Communicate with customers by telephone and written correspondence to attempt to bring resolution to unpaid accounts.
 Provide thorough, efficient and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made.
 Demonstrate effective skip tracing techniques.
 Knowledge and understanding of Company Policies and Procedures.
 Must have good knowledge of Collection rules and guidelines.
 Participate in various projects performed by the Collection Department.
 Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications:

 Previous collection experience preferred but not required.
 Eighteen years of age or older
 Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
 High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
 Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
 Ability to work in multi-tasked environment.
 Ability to prioritize and organize work.
 Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
 Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
