Company Description:
Respond to inquiries and concerns from existing and potential clients (from both financial advisors and investors) and be able to resolve issues/problems that arise while complying with Acuity’s policies and proceduresRepresent Acuity in a professional manner across all media types (i.e. by phone and through written and/or email communication)
Work closely with other departments to resolve account related problems in a timely manner
Provide administrative information on Acuity’s products and services
Must be able to handle high volume calls, especially during peak periods
