BLive Networks (www.blive.com) provides a unique suite of collaboration software for use in the support and meeting space over the Internet. Exciting opportunities exist for an energetic, can-do sales person to kill your numbers. We are looking for someone who will be responsible for driving direct sales into Small & Medium Businesses (SMB) Accounts with a focus on selling BLive’s communication tools to qualified prospects primarily in Sales and Support roles. This Sales position is geared towards individuals who are energetic, driven, goal-oriented, customer focused. Ideally, you have previous experience selling Application Services (ASP) or Software as a Service (SaaS). If not, you have an aching desire to enter it with the aptitude to quickly get up to speed.
This position requires active management of the entire sales cycle including prospecting, developing new relationships with decision-makers, negotiating contracts, and closing business. Ability to build relationships and establish the value proposition in the minds of prospects are essential for this position as is a proven track record for prospecting and closing new business.
Overall Responsibilities:
• You can leverage the 2-3 qualified leads we will give you in order to build and manage your pipeline while continually generating new sales
• Develop referrals (internal/external) for BLive that can take advantage of our communications offering
• Identify customers critical business issues and provide a tailored solution to address them
• Conduct online sales presentations and send out customized proposals to prospects
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Forecast sales activity, input new information and maintain customers in CRM System
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
• You appreciate no commission caps
• You value having, on average, 2-3 qualified leads per day
• You have at least 3 years direct sales experience
• You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Detail oriented with strong follow up skills
• Demonstrated successful sales record by consistently achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota
• BS in Business Administration or equivalent education and relevant experience
